Fun-Tech-Lab Warranty Policy

The Fun-Tech-Lab Warranty is our commitment to you. When you purchase a product directly from Fun-Tech-Lab or an authorized Fun-Tech-Lab distributor, you are automatically covered by a 1-year warranty. For additional assurance, you have the option to extend this warranty to 2 years.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty specifically addresses manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship, including software support. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, or external forces. For specific Fun-Tech-Lab products, damages caused by using incompatible accessories or materials are also not covered. Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the product will void this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

  1. Filing a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Fun-Tech-Lab at support@fun-tech-lab.com. We require proof of purchase (receipts, sales invoices, etc.) and visual evidence (photos or videos) showcasing the issue.

  2. Shipping Damage Claims: On rare occasions, products may incur damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, reach out to us at support@fun-tech-lab.com with visual evidence of the damage. Shipping damage claims must be made within 7 days of product receipt.

Should a defect that falls under warranty coverage be confirmed, Fun-Tech-Lab will opt for one of the following remedies: (1) Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (2) Replace it with a new or refurbished product of equivalent functionality, or (3) Refund part or all of the original purchase price in return for the product.

Effective Date:

The Fun-Tech-Lab Warranty begins from the moment you receive your product, applicable for purchases made through fun-tech-lab.com or authorized retailers.

Disclaimer:

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser or those who received the product as a gift. It is not transferable to subsequent owners or third parties.

For customers located outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States and beyond the UK, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, and South Korea, repair shipping costs may be your responsibility.
